The honest terms

Nobody can guarantee a decision Google makes, and if you have a client expecting a guarantee, that expectation is the first thing to fix. What we guarantee is our end: a complete, correct, well-argued case filed fast, and a full refund if Google hasn't reinstated the profile within 90 days of us filing. We also decline cases we believe are unwinnable (real policy violations that haven't been corrected) rather than take fees we expect to return.
