The evidence Google actually wants to see

A reinstatement reviewer is asking one question: is this a real, eligible business operating where and how it claims? Your evidence package either answers that beyond doubt or it doesn't. Most failed appeals fail here, by attaching one blurry photo and hoping.

The core package

Presentation rules that matter

  1. Exact-match everything. The name on the license, the sign, the website, and the profile should be identical. Every mismatch is a reason to say no.
  2. One clear file per claim. Label files plainly: "business-license.pdf", "storefront-signage.jpg". Reviewers spend minutes, not hours.
  3. Date matters. Recent documents beat old ones. A 2019 utility bill proves 2019.
  4. Don't send what wasn't asked. Volume is not persuasion. A tight package that answers the policy issue beats forty attachments.

If the suspension was about your name

Fix the name first, then appeal. Appealing while the violation is still live is asking a reviewer to approve a policy breach.

Next: writing the appeal itself.
